Toby's Estate
Each Saturday morning, my dog Clovis and I to walk to Toby's to enjoy a cup of coffee outside the shop and watch Williamsburg wake up. I have always liked coffee but not until my first cup of Toby's did I LOVE coffee.
Equally as outstanding is their offering of breakfast sandwiches and snacks. Try the scrambled egg sandwich with fire roasted tomatoes, tasty cheese and maple glazed bacon squished between two lovely pieces of Balthazar brioche. The yogurt and granola is a knockout as well.
Toby's beans are roasted at the Williamsburg location, producing blends that are packed with flavors I never knew coffee could have. Toby's offers public cuppings on Saturday mornings for $10, which I highly recommend.
