Breakfast in the Maldives
A notification popped up on my phone: FARIDEH SADEGHIN TAGGED YOU IN A POST. I clicked the link to reveal a Saveur Magazine article, 'Eating Breakfast in the Maldives' featuring a beautiful photo of the villa Farideh and I had stayed at a few months ago as well as a photo of our favorite breakfast. I read on. The article desribes our journey to a remote island in the Maldives, the island of Guraidhoo, where we experienced one of the tastiest meals of the trip.
My visit to the Maldives was a trip I will never forget. I'm so excited to have this recipe and story to go back to whenever I need a little taste of paradise.
